You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.
Online orders can't be returned in store.

Beautiful butter dish, everyone thinks it is great and unusual. Small annoyance is that it doesn't sit properly in the tray and it'd be ideal if it had a little handle to lift by rather than having to use a full hand to pick it up with. Otherwise pleased.

My daughter loved it
I bought for my sister in law for birthday. Love the design and well presented in box. However the lid didn't fit very well. I didn't see as sent it straight to my sister in law. She said it was OK and didn't want to return but I was a bit disappointed as it was a gift.

The butter dish should have something to get hold of eg lobster claw or his body raised all a bit flat . Otherwise pretty dish
